"I am writing to express serious concerns regarding my experience with Sasha company and team. I was erroneously charged for rental insurance for 18 months, requiring more than seven attempts to address this issue, with the insurance cancellation only being processed after my fourth call. Despite receiving confirmation of refund eligibility on three separate occasions, my follow-up inquiries were met with denial of previous conversations and no documentation of prior interactions. The customer service response has been particularly disappointing, with staff displaying unprofessional conduct during phone interactions and attempting to deflect responsibility onto me as the customer. Representatives claimed they had no record of my previous conversations and suggested it was my fault for not understanding my insurance policies, despite my multiple documented attempts to resolve this situation. Given the significant time invested in resolving this issue, the lack of accountability in addressing billing errors, and the unprofessional handling of legitimate customer concerns, I strongly caution potential customers to carefully document all interactions and regularly review billing statements when dealing with this company.THIS IS A SCAM"

Other insurance companies are very organized, but StayFarm's agents are friendly and explain the details of the better policy.
